When a student fails a test, parents usually work on a plan to help the kid get back on track. They calmly work with the teacher to figure out how to get the student back on track. However, one mom, Karen Shearon, picked another approach.
Sharon threatened to bomb the school where her daughter failed a state exam. The NY school reported her actions to the police. Allegedly, Sharon told a counselor, “I’m gonna blow up that school.”
This is a parent willing to go to any level to help her daughter out. She was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment and pled not guilty. She says the school harassed her children and she is threatening legal action against the school.
