Often we hear of people adopting children, especially from other countries, as babies or very young children and we don’t hear about them again.

Through Yahoo and Facebook groups, parents and others advertise unwanted children (typically difficult teens) a Reuters investigation has found. The practice is called “private re-homing,” a term typically used by owners seeking new homes for their pets, HERE.
