I was visiting a friend for the 4th and was blown away by a yummy dessert! With her southern hospitality, she served me sweet tea and this amazing Mississippi Mud Cake!
So I have already made it again for myself a few days later! It was THAT good!

Ingredients:
2 packages brownie mix
1 (10 1/2 ounce) bag miniature marshmallows
Chocolate frosting
1 (16 ounce) package powdered sugar, sifted
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/3 cup cocoa
Directions:
1 Prepare brownie mixes according to package directions
2 Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
3 While brownie mix is baking combine powdered sugar, milk, butter and cocoa. Beat all ingredients at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth.
4 When brownie mix cake is done, remove from oven.
5 Top warm cake evenly with marshmallows.
6 Return to oven and bake 5 minutes.
7 Remove from oven and drizzle chocolate frosting over warm cake.
