A preschool teacher in California allegedly drugged children in her class with a sleeping medicine. Deborah Gratz was arrested and charged with child endangerment and fired from her job. A witness reported her after seeing her put an unknown substance in the kids’ drinks.

She taught children between the ages of 1 and 2-years-old. Administrators of the pre-school went to Gratz and she admitted she put “Sominex” into the drinks. Sominex is an over-the-counter sleep aid, meant for adults. According to the report, the children did not drink from the cups on that day. She had been a worker there for five years.
