Parents of two minors in Philadelphia turned their sons into authorities after seeing a robbery tape appeal on the local new channel. Surveillance footage showed two boys robbing a 13-year-old girl at a store after she made her purchases. Police were looking for the suspects by asking for the community’s help and showing the footage on TV. Two couples recognized the suspects as their children and brought their boys down to the precinct.
