Strawberry Banana Ice Cream

This simple sweet treat is not only very healthy but it is easy and quick to make! It is allergen-free, no sugar added, and vegan without giving up any flavor.
Ingredients
* 2 frozen bananas
* 2 frozen strawberries
* 1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Place all the ingredients into a food processor and pulse until smooth.
2. It’ll take one to two minutes for it to form the right consistency.
Notes
I have made this several times. I find that it comes out best when the bananas are not frozen solid. This morning I placed 2 ripe bananas, and 2 strawberries in the freezer and made the batch for this recipe and picture about 6 hours later. If the bananas are frozen solid you may need to add a little milk and you will have to mix longer. It may also help to cut the bananas into 1″ slices if frozen solid.
Peel bananas and clean strawberries before placing in the freezer. They will keep good in there for several months. Freezing fruit that is about to spoil is a great way to make sure you do not waste it.
