The U.S. Product Safety Commission and the Manhattan Group, LLC, announce the recallof the Twirlla wooden rattle for a choking hazard.
Approximately 3,300 rattles fall under the recall. The units were sold acorss the United States and Canada in specialty stores and online March-July 2011. The rattle is approximately 6 inches long and is painted wood and sold for about $12.
The U-shaped part of the rattle can break off and is a choking hazard.
Consumers that have the rattles should take them away from children immediately and return them to the store where purchased to receive a full refund.
