Santas got a gun and you can get your picture with him. A firing range in Georgia is offering free pictures with the head elf and your favorite weapon. The gun club has a Santa, dressed in a hoodie with a high powered weapon.
They are asking people to bring food items for a local Community Assistance Center in exchange for the photos. Guests can choose to hold an AK-47, AR-15, or FN-SCAR-17 in their holiday pictures. Only those over the age of 18 will be allowed to hold the gun and children under the age of 12 will not be allowed past the lobby.
One of the co-owners said it is about having fun and giving back to the community. “Any time we have an opportunity to do something fun with our patrons and give back to the community… any time we can combine the two, we get really excited.”
One member told a local news station, if you don’t like it, don’t participate. “It’s for a good cause. It’s for charity so I don’t see any problem with it whatsoever. If somebody doesn’t want to bring their kid here, just don’t.”
