I don’t know who came up with this recipe originally because I have seen several versions all over the web but who ever did is genius. Cookie Dough Dip, and guess what the first ingredient is? Ok, you’ll never guess…beans!
I always keep lots of canned beans at the house. They are great for making hummus, adding to soups, on quesadillas, and now cookie dough dip! This treat would be a great appetizer during the holidays.
This dip is quick and easy to make and both my girls were able to help. I have been working with my almost 4 year old on using a fork and knife properly. This is the perfect snack to work on that skill. I cored an apple and sliced it horizontally and spread some of this dip on it.
This dip is high in protein and fiber and perfect to dip apples into instead of the store bought caramel dip that is loaded in high fructose corn syrup, artificial flavors, and preservatives. Give this one a try!
