Have you seen the new LiveWell Colorado ad campaigns on TV? They feature actual Coloradans and a sliding scale of where they fall in the Body Mass Index range: underweight, healthy, overweight or obese.
The campaign is supposed to make us ask ourselves where we would fall on the scale and to look at it as more of a personal issue, rather than someone else’s problem.
Although Colorado was just named the skinniest state-again-50 percent of adults living here are still considered to be overweight or obese.
