This pizza dough is so easy, the kids could make it. Once your dough is ready you can add tomato sauce, seasonings and your favorite toppings for an easy do-it-yourself pizza night.
Ingredients:
1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup of Greek or natural yogurt
extra flour for dusting the board
Directions:
In a bowl combine the flour and yogurt and bring together to form a ball.
Turn out onto a floured board to knead and roll.
Knead for 5-8 minutes. Roll into a pizza shape and add toppings.
If it is too wet, just add a bit more flour
