“4th on the 3rd” July Celebration and Fireworks- 4-8 p.m., Iron Horse Park, Fort Carson This is on July 3!
Security Fire Department Pancake Breakfast – 6-11 a.m., 400 Security Blvd., Security. Cost: $6 adults, $4 children and seniors. Music, displays and other entertainment.
Family Fourth at Rock Ledge Ranch Historic Site – Revolutionary War reenactments, carnival games and more, 10 a.m.- 5 p.m., Rock Ledge Ranch Historic Site, Gateway Road and North 30th Street, regular admission, discounts for active military with ID, nominal fee for carnival games.
Manitou Springs – Fireworks at sunset in downtown Manitou Springs
Independence Day Celebration and Fireworks at Memorial Park – Vendors, music and more, begins at noon; Fort Carson 4th Infantry Division Band, Academy Band’s Blue Steel, The Colorado Springs Philharmonic, fireworks at sunset.
Cripple Creek’s 4th of July Celebration This is a super fun 4th of July celebration in a great mountain city that is close to Colorado Springs. It is all free and there will be live music, food vendors and fireworks on both the 4th and 5th.
