A Pennsylvania woman’s obituary is causing readers to take a second look. She was “a unique and caring individual who touched the lives of all who knew her.” She was a personal care nurse. She married a doctor.
She greeted people at a local airport and seems to have had a positive impact on all around her. She had six children who seemed to have many children of their own. In fact, that is what is turning heads. “She is survived by her children, Charles J. and his wife, Lisa, James and his wife, Joyce, Michael and his wife, Carol, Bridget, Joseph and his wife, Sheryl; a shitload of grandchildren; and one big great-grandson.” How many is that, exactly? Quite a few, more than you can count, a widely used exaggeration of there being far too many of something — Obviously, Dorothy Scrobola had a lot of grandkids.
