Potato Ham Soup
5 large potatoes, peeled and diced
1 onion, chopped
2-3 carrots, chopped
4 cups water
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 cup milk
2 cups diced ham
2 Tablespoons flour
1 Tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic
Shredded cheese
In large pot boil water, potatoes, onion and carrots until vegetables are tender. Add ham and ¾ cup milk. With remaining milk mix flour until smooth. Pour into pot stirring continuously to prevent lumps. Add seasonings. Cook another 15 minutes. Serve topping with shredded cheese.
