I had some today at a luncheon and thankfully for Pinterest, I can now share it with you and I am not exaggerating, it could change your life! Or your pants size, but I digress.
CARAMEL PUFF CORN
1 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. light Karo syrup
Boil ingredients for 5 minutes and then add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
Pour this mixture over 2 bags of puff corn (hulless popcorn), and bake for 1 hour.
Spread out on cookie sheet at 250 degrees.
Enjoy! But it is addicting so don’t say I didn’t warn you.
