From Mom.me:
Ham and Butter on Baguette
Kim Boyce of Bakeshop in Portland, Ore.
Ingredients

1 ounce butter, split on either side
smear of strong French Dijon mustard
1 1/2 ounces sliced ham (French or artisan local-we use Tails & Trotters at Bakeshop PDX)
Directions
Simple pleasures are often best. Assemble ingredients and eat immediately. This combo is also perfect for packing in a school lunch.
Nutella Mascarpone Panino

2 slices of country white bread
nutella
mascarpone cheese

This is essentially a “to taste” recipe, so make it as intensely or lightly creamy and chocolatey as you like. Take two slices of country white bread, smear Nutella and mascarpone, and heat the combo in a panini press.
