Do you consider yourself clever, quick thinking, or a supreme puzzle solver? Test your skills in an “amazing-race” style fundraiser supporting Childrens Literacy Center.
The fifth annual Rally 4 Reading is about to start its engines Bond style on May 10, 2014 from 12-3:30pm. Join teams driving Colorado Springs with clues in hand to reach the ultimate goal… Johnny Martin’s prestigious car club!!!
What is Rally 4 Reading?:
Rally 4 Reading is an annual event which promotes literacy in Colorado Springs. Event funds go directly to providing free one-to-one tutoring to children in Colorado who are reading below grade level. Since 1993 more than 16,000 children have received our tutoring services. The Children’s Literacy Center’s Peak Reader provides an effective curriculum for volunteers and students to work together, with a 95% success rate, increasing the reading skills of each child participating in the program.
