One woman decided to ask 100 women this question, “What is one word you would use to describe your body?” Their answers were sad. Some said “disgusting” and there were a few “frumpies” and many women added they weren’t happy with their body.
This proved to Taryn Brumfitt, a mother of three, that things needed to change. The Australian shares how she was unhappy with her body and she always had body issues. She realized she wasn’t setting a positive example for her daughter. How could she teach her daughter to love herself if mom didn’t even love her body?
