Stop the Snoring
  1. Reposition yourself — Elevate the head of your bed, sleep on your side, use a different pillow to help keep your neck muscles from being constricted.
  2. Avoid eating heavy meals and caffeine close to bedtime.
  3. Talk to your doctor — If you snore loudly, are tired during the day, stop breathing or choke during sleep, you should see a doctor. You may have sleep apnea.
